Ministry @ Juniata College
Walking alongside Juniata College students through four of the most foundational years of their life isn’t just my job—it’s my passion and a great honor. During these brief college years, students will make lifelong decisions about their friendships, relationships, careers, and faith. As students are faced with challenges, joys, struggles, and opportunities, I am able to encourage, pray, and lead them, always pointing back to scripture as the foundation we stand on.
Building Community
Connecting with students to build community with one another as the Body of Christ to reach out and respond to the needs of campus and providing a place for questions, growth, and love. Whether it is ultimate frisbee, home-cooked meals, or learning through bible studies or discipleship groups, we love college students and building community!
Student Discipleship
Investing in students to lead on campus and lead after college as persons rooted in the identity of Christ under his Lordship for the Kingdom. Through discipleship the elements of community are built through accountability, discovery the depth of scripture, and sharing and celebrating life.
Kingdom Service
Providing students with a intentional transformative experience in relation to Christ and the Kingdom through spring and fall break trips along with local service as we seek to love our neighbors down the street and countries far away.
Commitment to the Local Church
Connecting students with a local church community/family to sustain and build a foundation of the Body of Christ in the church for a lifetime as well as giving a place to continue spiritual growth and context for serving as the Body.
